Chef Catherine Faris of Pascarosa will prepare an authentic, Italian culinary feast featuring the cuisine of Italy’s southern Adriatic coast. Composed of organic, local and seasonal ingredients, Pascarosa’s organic extra virgin olive oil, and hard-to-find Italian specialties provided by Antonuccio’s Italian Market, the four-course dinner is planned for eight (8) guests at your home, or the home of Dr. Andrew and Janet Katz. This special dinner will be paired with Italian wines provided by Antonuccio’s. Final menu will be developed with the successful auction item bidder.
Auction Package: Private Dinner for Eight (8) guests by Chef Catherine Faris of Pascarosa and Antonuccio’s Italian Market, wine included. Dinner will be scheduled by mutual agreement in 2023.

About Catherine Faris and Pascarosa
New Fort Wayne residents Catherine and Brian Faris have deep roots in Puglia, Italy’s sun kissed region on the Adriatic Coast. They’ve owned a home there for 27 years, and 10 years ago launched Pascarosa, exporting their own prized produce of the region - organic extra virgin olive oil. Their company also offers one-day culinary tours, olive harvest and culinary weeks for travelers to dive deeply into an authentic and delicious experience in Puglia.
