We are a local coffee roaster, café, bar, and weekend restaurant. We provide our products throughout the community. We use local products throughout the various aspects of our business. We also have our own restaurant garden and composting site.

We are a farm to tortilla, northwest Fort Wayne restaurant and taproom, serving local beers as well as wine. We take great pride in partnering with and supporting other local Fort Wayne businesses. We believe that the quality the local Fort Wayne farms bring to their proteins and produce make for the very best tacos, quesadillas, burritos and brunch items.

We source everything as locally as possible. This isn't possible for all foods, but with only a few exceptions, we do as good a job or better than anyone else in the area. It is important that we know our farms and farmers, so we know the story of our food.

Tolon is the first restaurant for chef/owner, Matthew Nolot, and wife, Nicky. Their passion for the best, local, in-season ingredients grew from Nicky’s upbringing on a small family farm in North Central Indiana, and learning about sustainable agriculture from her parents and grandparents. The fond memories of Sunday dinners with their grandparents and families lend inspiration to many of the dishes created with love and shared with their own family today. Matthew and Nicky invite you to enjoy time with family and friends while becoming part of the Tolon family.

Artisan scratch wood fired pizza, locally sourced proteins. Only the highest quality ingredients made with love from our family owned and operated pizzaria.

We treat our beer as an expression of our personality, from which we create our identity as a local brewery in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We offer seasonal dining using local ingredients on our from scratch kitchen menu. We are intentionally creative with our flavors both in your pint and on your plate.

We serve a variety of Italian dishes showcasing our delicious cheeses. When we say “authentic Italian”, we mean it. Our staff is fully trained by Italian chefs. We offer entertainment most Friday and Saturday evening. Weather permitting, our summer concert series will be held outdoors on our patio. In inclement weather, they will perform in our caffe.

We believe in supporting local communities and that the freshest ingredients make the best food. Open for almost 20 years, we keep to our focus: make wine and sell wine, and do it in a fun, responsible way. Satek Winery supports our local farm community on many levels, and incorporates agriculture, science, and art to lift our wine region to national levels.

Bon Appetit Management Company is an on-site restaurant company offering full food service management to corporations, universities, museums and other specialty venues. Our award winning chefs cook from scratch, using the freshest, best tasting ingredients. We source as locally as possible, and do so in a sustainable manner.

All of our food is "Made from Scratch" which means we slice fresh fruits and veggies, blend mayo and dressings, make bread and desserts by hand, all soups are made fresh every morning and sandwiches are prepared as ordered. We care about where our food comes from, how it is prepared and we hope it shows in our flavors and presentation.
