Draft Taproom & Coffee has been a dream of ours since 2019 when we started Rough Draft Co. We named our design company Rough Draft with hopes of one day owning a taproom to highlight all of our wonderful local clients! Well, here we are. DT&C is a place where you can enjoy many Midwest/ local brews, wines, meads, ciders, coffees, teas, kombucha, pastries and pizza!

Located in the 46807 neighborhood of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rune opened in 2024 as Chef Sean Richardson’s latest fine dining concept. Named after his firstborn, Rune is a testament to Richardson’s family and more than a decade of his growth as a premier chef of the Great Lakes region. Rotating seasonal dinner and cocktail menus showcase regionally-sourced ingredients with bold flavors, minus the fuss.

Bravas is a quick service food truck and full service restaurant focused on the classics we have become known for-burgers, hot dogs, and patatas. Our restaurant features a more extensive burger and sandwich menu along with some spanish tapas and larger dinner plates (availble after 4pm). We source most of our proteins locally from places like Wood Farms and Hoffman Organics, as well as, tapping into the local supply chain for specials during the growing season.

Country Heritage Winery/Backroads Distilling Company is a family-run winery and artisan distillery rooted in more than a century of agricultural heritage. Our mission is to honor that legacy by creating authentic, high-quality wine spirits through responsible farming and meticulous, farm-to-bottle craftsmanship.

At Cupka's Bee Good Meadery we make honey wine from all locally sourced honey. We make Stills (in wine bottles) and Sessions (carbonated in growlers). He offer honey wine slushies, flights and snacks. Our tasting room is located in downtown Auburn Indiana.

Bon Appetit Management Company is an on-site restaurant company offering full food service management to corporations, universities, museums and other specialty venues. Our award winning chefs cook from scratch, using the freshest, best tasting ingredients. We source as locally as possible, and do so in a sustainable manner.

1897 BBQ is a wood smoked craft BBQ restaurant whose main focus are smoked meats including ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. They source much of their meats from Wood Farm. They are also a from scratch kitchen where the sides and desserts are made daily. The name of the business pays homage to when the building first opened it’s doors for business [1897]. Also paying tribute is a signature sandwich, “The Big Henry” after the buildings first owner.

E Brewing Company is the first farmhouse Brewery in Indiana. We have an Elite Taproom where 24 beers are on tap, with seltzers, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. Family room that seats 75, outdoor patios and Hop Garden. We also have on-site Cigars and Cigar Garden opening June 2024. E Brewing Company has an interactive brewery where you can participate in the brewing process. We have amazing farm to fork foods, heirloom gardens and a destination farm to enjoy. Miniature farm animals, April the horse, and so much more to experience. Always pet and kid friendly.
