About this Event
Learn how to take the abundance of local produce available during the growing season and preserve it for enjoyment all year long. Abigail Creigh, Purdue Extension Health and Human Sciences Educator, will guide participants through an overview of canning and food preservation methods.

Johnnie Mae Farm is a collaboration between Purdue Extension - Allen County and the City of Fort Wayne on an urban farm that’s like none other. Johnnie Mae Farm was designed to be a community gathering place where neighbors can meet, get to know each other and learn.
