Local Food Week 2025 - Event Registration Form

Locations: Local Food Farms, Markets, Restaurants, Businesses & Organizations across 11 counties in Northeast Indiana


The Northeast Indiana Local Food Network organizes Local Food Week to celebrate the farms, markets, restaurants and other local food businesses that bring local food from Our Land to Our Tables.

Local Food Week farm tours and local food events allow guests to interact with the people and places that grow, sell and serve local food across Northeast Indiana. Local Food Week is a great way to engage with customers and your community. Events that offer participants a unique experience, the opportunity to taste new foods & beverages, or to purchase special or slightly discounted products are very popular. You can choose any day during the week to host your tour or event, or host tours or events on multiple days, whatever works best for you.

This year, our 6th Annual Local Food Week will build on the success of prior years.

To enhance the Local Food Week experience for hosts and attendees, we highly recommend hosts collaborate with other local farms, businesses, organizations, wineries, breweries, restaurants, or food trucks for multi-host events. This allows attendees to engage with a variety of local offerings at a single event. The Local Food Week 2025 Planning Committee may reach out to suggest potential collaborators.

While the Northeast Indiana Local Food Network does not require a registration fee for local food farms and businesses to participate in Local Food Week, sponsorship of this community-focused event helps to offset printing and other event costs. Our generous sponsors help to assure that participation in Local Food Week remains accessible for everyone.

The Northeast Indiana Local Food Network offers three levels of sponsorship for participating hosts: $50, $100 and $250. Sponsoring hosts will be prominently acknowledged for their generosity in the printed 2025 Local Food Week Companion Guide, on our website and featured in our social media. Participating hosts will be contacted separately to solicit Local Food Week sponsorship funding.

Please Note: This registration form does not save. We recommend writing event descriptions and farm descriptions in a separate document first and complete the full form when you have time to finish it all the way through!

Don’t Delay! Early registration will allow for added support from our team. The deadline to register to host a tour or event during Local Food Week is Sunday, June 1, 2025. This allows us time to finalize the on-line Local Food Week event calendar and other marketing materials to promote all your wonderful tours & events.
