Based in Fort Wayne, IN, True Kimchi is a woman-owned and Korean-owned company handcrafting authentic kimchi in small batches. Kimchi is a traditional side dish in Korean cuisine comprised of fermented vegetables. Its probiotics are derived from the natural process of lacto-fermentation in the salted vegetables. We make our kimchi using sacred family recipes, handed down from generation to generation.
