Come meet Samantha Yim of True Kimchi at The Health Food Shoppe. Sam is the Authentic Kimchi Maker & Pop-up Korean Food Stand owner of True Kimchi!
Sam is one of Fort Wayne’s leading Local Artisan Food Producers. She works directly with local farms to source ingredients for her line of authentic kimchi products, including BroxonBerry, Hawkins Family Farm and Windrose Urban Farm.
Stop by The Health Food Shoppe between 12:00-3:00pm on Friday, September 18 to learn about all the different types of kimchi and the locally-sourced ingredients Sam buys from local farms.
Sam will be sharing free samples of True Kimchi’s products and you can buy a jar of your favorites to enjoy at home.
