A and J Kitchen is a shared or commissary kitchen. We provide a Board of Health approved kitchen for food start ups, caterers and food trucks so that they can grow their businesses. We have event space for rent, which can be free for certain non-profit groups and to our own renters to promote their business. We are also a source of support for new businesses, helping them go from an idea to serving their food to the public.
