We have several philosophies when it comes to food and our business.

1) We source everything as locally as possible. This isn't possible for all foods, but with only a few exceptions, we do as good a job or better than anyone else in the area.

2) It is important that we know our farms and farmers, so we know the story of our food.

3) We make everything in house as much as we can, so we know what exactly what is in all of our food that we serve to our customers.

4) We use the seasons to dictate our menu. We meet with our proprietary farmer to plan out harvests. Then, we write menus based off of what is fresh and coming in from the farm.

5) In the narrative of our business(es), the customer is the hero. We are not the knight in shining armor here to save Fort Wayne. Our customers impact the culinary landscape of Fort Wayne by supporting us. Without them, we do not exist.

6) Because we know what is in our food, we can accommodate any dietary restriction.

7) We are proud to be a safe space for our guests and staff

Monday: 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday - Friday: 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

Locally Sourced Ingredients

Our restaurant and food truck menus regularly includes ingredients and products from these Northeast Indiana farms and artisan local food producers:

  • Cooks Orchard - apples, honey

  • Country Gardens Organic Farm (our proprietary farm) - produce, duck & chicken eggs, pork

  • GK Baked Goods (our sister company) - breads, pastries

  • Gunthorp Farms - chicken, duck, pork

  • Hawkins Family Farm - produce, turkey, oats (for beer)

  • Maple Acres - maple syrup

  • Windrose Urban Farm - mushrooms

  • Wood Farms - beef

Additional Information

  • We constantly strive to grow and improve. This means that we are always changing and tweaking our beer, food, and other items. We encourage our guests to come and dine with an open mind, and to share in our pursuit of creative culinary experiences.
