1897 BBQ is a wood smoked craft BBQ restaurant whose main focus are smoked meats including ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. They source much of their meats from Wood Farm. They are also a from scratch kitchen where the sides and desserts are made daily. The name of the business pays homage to when the building first opened it’s doors for business [1897].
